JANUARY
I started by releasing the first track from The Duvet Collection, a collection of 12 covers, one each month during 2015. I paused the project in September and will continue it again in 2016.
FEBRUARY
I recorded more songs in The Truffle Room, my home studio. It has the best carpet ever doesn’t it?
MARCH
So technically this was in February but anyway…. opening for John Smith in the theatre at Warwick Art Centre was brilliant.
APRIL
I went to see SHE MAKES WAR play at ORT in Birmingham. I also had my birthday and got The Art of Asking by Amanda Palmer which is a marvellous book.
MAY
I supported my friend WES FINCH at his album launch at a gorgeous church in Coventry. It was a truly lovely show. I also joined Wes’ band for 2 songs with my telecaster!
JUNE
I took lots of photographs throughout this year and this is one of my favourites.
JULY
I played at Warwick Festival and JESS MORGAN joined me on stage to sing Lantern with me.
AUGUST
A started work on the Christmas Light EP and mixing the live album.
SEPTEMBER
I played and compered at MOSELEY FOLK FESTIVAL which was a thoroughly lovely day.
OCTOBER
I started getting things ready for the releasing the Christmas Light EP and live album , including a photoshoot and video shoot.
NOVEMBER
I made 100 handmade Christmas Light EPs.
DECEMBER
WILD SOUND released Christmas Light EP and Tales from Home : Live at The Manor House and I sold copies in all over the the UK, Germany, Spain and New York.
I also did lots of writing and recording which will continue in 2016.
