Stylusboy releases a gorgeous homemade
Christmas Carol for Coventry charity

Coventry singer songwriter, Stylusboy, creator of warm-hearted indie folk melodies and handmade CDs, is releasing a brand new version of his favourite Christmas carol Silent Night.

This special Christmas song will be available to download from Bandcamp on 4th December and all other major download and streaming platforms via AWAL on 11th December.

All profits will be donated to Carriers of Hope, who work with vulnerable families across Coventry. This Christmas, Carriers of Hope are delivering hundreds of shoeboxes full of presents and Christmas dinner bags to children, with the aim of making Christmas a little brighter for those who find themselves in need.

Silent Night was recorded, mixed and produced during lockdown by Stylusboy at his home studio with the help of his family. The sound is an intimate celebration of Christmas created with ukulele, harmonies, cellos and synths. Coventry and Warwickshire BBC Introducing said, "Stylusboy never disappoints with his interpretations of familiar tunes and Silent Night is one we have heard him do a few times over the years. This current version is like a warm festive hug, which I think we all need this year. With a ukulele accompaniment, it suits Stylusboy's delicate and thoughtful style. And it's for charity, which makes it even more perfect"
